Steam heat for older non-HEP cars.

The original place steam-heated cars got their steam from was the boiler of a steam locomotive; the general practice was to send about 10 psi per car into the steam heat system. Electrics and diesels, when they came along, needed a boiler on board to keep the heat for the cars.

Sometimes things got reversed; for example, the car behind #909 here has a HEP generator on board, since the locomotive doesn't have one for those Amfleet I cars.
