Looking at the timetable, I fail to see why those trains need to go to 96 St at all. If they are not needed for S/B service they can easily be sent to Qnsbro Plz in the AM to lay up for PM service. Since in the PM they are not needed to carry passengers to Astoria, those S/B intervals can be made by putting the AM layups in from Qnsbro Plz to provide the necessary S/B service S/O 57 St. |
