There is no false sense of security. The same precautions you'd use anywhere else "safe" should be used on the subway. People should be, and are, told that. We can't help idiots or the ignorant though. That's not our problem.I missed nothing. Percentages mean nothing. Even raw numbers mean nothing. What matters are RATES and howntjeubstsck up RELATOVE TO LOGICAL METRICS. |
