It will barely be enough.You are competing with the LEXINGTON! You want to draw riders from the upper east side you are going to have to have FREQUENT service, otherwise nobody will use it. 2nd Avenue BROADWAY Express! LION would send all Bway Local service to Astoria, and forget about 71st Street. ROAR |
