I was referring to what we have today. CIYD for the N and JYD for the R. If the R ran between Astoria and 95, it would not have a maintenance facility at one end of the line. This is why the north terminals of the N and R were changed.If a new maintenance facility were built at either Astoria or 95, or extending one end of the line to a new maintenance facility, we have a new dynamic. Of course, all we need is money. |
