He was also the last Mayor that did shit for the Bronx before city hall went to Brooklyn and Queens. People got training, people got off their asses, streets got fixed, stuff got built, and shit got done between him and Mario Biaggi. Then came Beame and his successors and everything went to shit again, double time until Dinkins. :(I'll always have a soft place in my heart for Lindsay, he got shit done. Pissed off the powers that be to all ends, but he got shit done. |
