When is second avenue subway is done; Make it equal service.N/Q - Broadway Express; Have N train skips W49th street along with the Q train to 96 Street. R/W - Broadway Local; Have the W trains increase service without additional service along Astoria. Once again will be created traffic on E60th Street. Every station in Manhattan are still equal upon arrival. |
