There is a hard deadline to delivery equipment for some date in 2017, (forgot what it was) and that's it. Could depend on who will be in the White House also.The car design is so fucked up, it is not a minor tweak to make it right. They are not duplicates of the Surliner/California cars - N-S cut corners and relied on computer software to design it. |
