If they could not build along Jamaica Av, I think BRT what have said to Richmond Hill and Woodhaven, "fuck you, walk to the Liberty Av el or the LIRR on Atlantic" (which still had a rapid transit service).Maybe they would have reactivated the Chesnut Street Incline and sent those trains to Jamaica (and Queens Village and Valley Stream), which is not a bad idea anyway. |
