This is one of the few examples where this works. Another might be using lower level City Hall as the last stop on a southbound W instead of Canal.But in most cases there is no convenient stop like that. Which is why you have the fumigation problem at Continental and would have it if you tried to turn trains at 137th on the 1 or at Queens Plaza. |
