With service deteriorating throughout the system, cutting shop margins, which means canceling trains, will also be noticeable.Delay SAS and blame the manufacturer of the R179. Then the rail advocate community can blame the stupid TA in public for over-scrapping R32's and R44's rather than mothballing them for a rainy day. It is ugly don't matter what. |
