What are you talking about that you are not talking about what happened in the past? Isn't your position that in the past planning has been based toward automobiles so now to make up for that we have to only consider the needs of bus riders, cyclsts and pedestrians and the needs of drivers no longer need to be considered until the pendulum turns further?Am I misunderstanding you? If so please clarify and explain why the needs of automobile drivers should be ignored. |
