Now you've added "increasing capacity". It makes little sense to spend a half billion dollars or whatever it will cost if no one saves any time.Again, not true, as saving time is not the only valid reason. I am unaware of any rail line that currently serves the airport that is so overcrowded that they need an additional line and one requiring a transfer for that matter.What in the world are you talking about? Are you talking about adding capacity? Because that's what the rail link may do. Add capacity over the existing options. |
