Too many transit planners do not consider how the characteristics of a changing neighborhood over the course of ten - twenty years or more, will affect the transit needs of this area: neighborhood changing or improving, population density increasing along with business and commercial uses, etc.I completely disagree. How did you come up with this incorrect gross generalization? |
