Do you think people can even judge that ?Yes. If you're not sure there's enough space, don't proceed. I have never in my entire life even come close to stopping on a railroad track. Sure even if everyone were totally careful, some day someone would get stuck exactly on the tracks and not have time to escape. But 999 out of 1,000 fatalities can be avoided by just a bit of prudence. It's not like blocking a car intersection. I've done that from time to time out of selfishness. But I'd never stop on tracks to try to make a light or something. |
