That is what happens when we we have 1/4" inch of ICE, which can be WAY WORSE than even 3-4 FEET of snow because ice buildup can cause problems far worse than snow ever did. The combination of snow, sleet and freezing rain made for some real messy conditions that likely were worse than anything last week's snowstorm could have done.Of course, the person who dropped the umbrella is likely the person really responsible for what happened. |
