Consultants will slant their "engineering" studies to please their customer (i.e. the party that hired them.) The best route is determined by...All the factors have to be weighed against each other considering the trade offs, since most likely no single route would be the best on all accounts. The devil is in the details. What weightings do you assign to each of the factors you enumerated? BTW, one factor you did not enumerate was what the customer wanted. That trumps all the others from the consultant's perspective. |
