Someone give a good reason why we didn't put in at least a shell for a future 42nd and 10th station on the 7 extension.Building a shell is probably the *most* expensive part of building a station. In other words, if you had the money to build a shell, you might as well spend the additional $100M to $200M needed to fit it with escalators, tiles, and other ancillary equipment and use it. |
