How many TPH spare capacity would you say? And then in that case, PATH really has spare room HOB-33rd and HOB-WTC? Because, to be honest, no amount of bus terminal expansion is going to solve the problem of crushing highway traffic on the Jersey end. Jersey at some point is going to have to invest in expanding its rail network and those trains are going to have to go somewhere. |
