Oh, stop this crap!Dr. King, in his dream speech, said men should be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin. Use of the word "ghetto" is a judgment on character, not race. That's why it is not racist to say ghetto. Not every black is ghetto, and some whites are very much ghetto. These girls who attacked the passenger are ghetto. Ghetto is a lack of culture. Hip-hop is the artistic manifestation of that, as represented by graffiti, with its crude, lifeless drawings mimicing art. Bernhard Goetz needed to carry a gun in the subway because of ghetto. Sadly, black youth haven't changed much since 1984. Because of this, tough policing measures became unavoidable. Sometimes the police go too far. But if that's so, it's because they've been habitually accustomed to expect militant attitudes like yours from colored youth. Racial profiling was thus born. Asian youth are not subjected to these measures, nor are South Asians or Indians or Middle Easterns, not typically. These youth are strangers to ghetto culture. What is culture? Culture is an expression of life. Look at how many colored youth act in the street when in groups. Is it racist to point that out? Or is that a product of the clearest reason to say that such groups must be closely watched by the police, based upon past happenings? Not defending police misconduct here. But when you react the way you did in this post, with your aggressive threats and posturing, you are reaffirming the ghetto mentality. If you ever get pulled over for Driving While Black, I want you to think back to this post you wrote here. And then think about how many times cops see this fiercely aggressive ghetto attitude every day on the job. That costumed idiot dressed up as Spider Man in Times Square would not have been arrested if he weren't ghetto. If it weren't for ghetto, you wouldn't need legislation for costumed folks to wear IDs in Times Square. If it weren't for ghetto, we wouldn't have scratchitti - in fact, we could still have painted subway cars with soft cushions and wood paneling without fear of vandalism. If it weren't for ghetto we wouldn't have this stupid problem of subway performers. If a white man wrote what you wrote, he would be branded a racist IMMEDIATELY. As for outdoing white people, don't even go there. I can carefully catalog - if you really want to open up this can of worms - the shortcomings of your people compared to whites. There is a profound racial achievement gap in this country, and it's not because of racism. Just think back to the large group of colored youth walking down the street that I mentioned earlier, and observe their behavior carefully. Listen to their talk. Think about this. They have no interest in morals, etiquette or discipline. Self-control and discipline are utterly alien to them, except when imposed by authority. The thought process of these beings is shockingly low and bereft of any sense of moderation - it's either go full-blast all out or do nothing. I could go on, of course. But to do that would mean ruffling feathers and I am not about to do that. But please, stop with this nonsense about matching and out-doing white people in any endeavor. Like, this nonsense about white people killing babies. It is a documented fact that nearly all abortions in this country are had by colored women. The Village Voice had a writer who wrote about this and called it self-genocide. And not a few blacks are anti-semitic. As to all the other atrocities you attribute to whites, please, don't lecture white people on morality when 98% of the criminal defendants in NYC are colored. |
