You said LIRR Concourse. The Exit Concourse is not the LIRR Concourse.Amtrak trains use tracks shared with LIRR and NJT. If you can use the stairs to board an LIRR or NJT train, then you can use the stairs to board an Amtrak train. I know of no rules or regulations that state that you must board an Amtrak train from the upper level Amtrak staircases/escalators. |
