That silver SIRT car at fresh Pond was hit by a Q type and pushed down
onto the LIRR tracks.

Tuscarora Almanac - January 14, 1966 - The Book of Wrecks

A non-revenue of Q-Types lead by 1619C struck the former Staten Island Railway trailer car 2925 (x 504) in the Fresh Pond Yard. The impact was strong enough to push the ex-SIRT car through the block and down into the open cut of Long Island Railroad's Montauk Branch.
