Incorrect, the 6700s, which are the MNR Comet Vs, are indeed listed in the special instructions as being cleared to run the Meadowlands Service. The only NJT stuff not cleared are the Arrows, the ALP-46As, and the ALP-45DPs, and the NJT diesel fleet.
