Then along came the Sixteenth Amendment, for no reason other than to facilitate the expansion of government and attack free enterprise.

Actually, it was to create a consistent framework for the income taxes that already existed. But I wouldn't expect you to know that.

Here's another candidate for the List of Questions Olog Can't Answer:

How, exactly, does an income tax attack free enterprise?
