That photo looks like it was taken before the entire excess structure had been removed. As I mentioned in another post on this subject, I could never figure out why the rebuilt Fulton St el didn't have an express station at Bway Jct since if you look carefully at where that signal relay room is at the end of structure which is almost directly beneath the canarsie bound 14 St Line platform, there would have been ample room for one along wit appropriate connecting ramps and stairways to the rest of the complex. |
