One thing that jumped out at me was your statement that unused tunnels or trackways north of 57th St./7th Ave. extend for "500 ft or so". That would mean they reach to 59th St., or close to it, which I strongly doubt. Could it really reach to within a few feet of the IND Columbus Circle station? |
