Doesn't change the fact that (a) they can't time travel and look up police memos for things that haven't happened yet and (b) a summons that legally doesn't exist is not basis for denying a photo permit. If they look up police reports, they'll just end up finding the one I filed. (Which, ironically, was tangentially related to photography.) |
