In contrast, even though that alignment is considerably easier to build on, I'd much rather have something following Richmond Avenue given that it's the road that passes by the mall and the Eltingville Transit Centre.Something like this would be ideal, but unlikely given the nature of NIMBYs and their attentive local politicians. |
