Makes you wonder...One thing is for sure, Metro-North has been knocked off its high horse as far as excellence in overall customer satisfaction & safety ratings goes. It has a long road ahead to re-build what it once had.But to move to LI for better rail service??? Nah, its not that bad, yet. The LIRR had its turn in the shithouse too. Lets not MNs troubles generate short memories as far as bad things that happened over there in the not too distant past. |
