Who's saying it is criminal?Let's see........"82 MPH, CRIMINAL?", 12/02/2013 NY Daily News front page headline.........this spoke for itself, and once this was out, all of a sudden out come the other neysayers of the media spewing forth questions of whether or not this is a criminal act or criminality is involved, when even before the day Sunday ended, the authorities had already ruled out criminality, except a DA in the Bronx seemingly trying to make a name for himself by trying to dig around for evidence of criminality when he isn't going to find any!! This was a tragic accident, not an act of criminality. And inattentiveness does NOT equal criminality. And about blame, everything you said is a no brainer and all you did was state the obvious there. If, thru the investigation, FACTS show blame, yes he will be at fault and will face the music over it. Again, I repeat the word FACTS, not uneducated heresay or good sounding implications. And everything said about him is on the money, he's a great guy and a great engineer, and this is just a terrible accident, and the opinionated ones need to wait for the facts before making snap judgments!!!! When you work in this business and come to know people, and know their work ethic and professionalism, yes you will voice outrage too. |
