First off, that is a winter knit cap, NOT a beanie hat!! And that is more for the train operators, bus operators, and the car cleaners to wear, as those are the only employees I have observed wearing them in my TA days. A conductor would get written up for wearing that cap and wearing the MTA baseball cap at ANY time, as the uniform caps the conductors are supposed to wear are the traditional conductor cap or for the winter the navy blue trooper cap. |
