Only the conductors and other "people people". (one eyed, one horned flying purple people eater).Today the hat policy requires a blue had with an MTA logo or badge on it. They tried to @#$% with Harrington, and now all religious headgear is permitted as long as is blue with patch or badge. Certain hats may be provided by MTA but that is the extent of it. ROAR |
