He was Supt. of M/Is in the Southern Division at Stillwell Ave. back in the mid-eighties. On a number of occasions I stood up for my rights and was rewarded by being hounded by him and his henchman Harry Robles. I may not have been liked by the hierarchy but I did my job and I did it well. |
