An eight car train of 75 foot cars with five doors per side would have exactly as many doors as a ten car train of 60 foot cars with four doors per side. If NYCT's many, many ten car trains of 60 foot long cars do not experience undue problems with door holding, then five door cars will not present any greater problem. |
