I never did much of 207 other than once for a yard transfer, but I think the old slip was right about where the barge is now. I don't remember the old wreck pier in the photo at all, but then again I never really spent any time at 207 even though I lived up in the Marble Hill PJ's and walked by it on tenth ave there often on the street.You've really got me wondering if that pier you're pointing at isn't newer than the original one seen in the old photos. I recall the slip tracks there being parallel with all of the others in the yard, and on the south end of it where that barge is. But it's been SO long, I really don't remember. |
