FOTOS and VIDEO - Amtrak ACS-64 Sprinter at NHV 09-06-13

I was a dirty stayout last night, fanning at New Haven's Union Station to catch the ACS-64 Sprinter on its first test run to Boston.


Test train personnel around the train, which stayed in New Haven for a bit. The project manager asked me how I knew the train's schedule and seemed surprised to hear it was all over Facebook. Another guy asked me "Do the police know you're here?" I replied "Everybody knows I'm here".


Another shot of the gang. That LED Headlight is really bright. I mean blindingly so.

And here's a short clip of him arriving at New Haven. The train was about an hour to 90 min late getting up to NHV

FYI, the train will return today, reportedly coming down right after Train 163.
