So you pulling a Jersey Mike on us and implying that we need to go back to jointed rail to allay fears of "rail spread" due to metal expansion . . . ?Amtrak runs at restricted speed during the hot weather on the NEC not due to the rails, but due to the variable-tension overhead wires. |
