I just don't know how ready they're going to be for their goal of normal service tomorrow.Went "north" around noon and noted from a #1 train were hordes of orange vests on the roadbed toiling with a string of garbage cars behind them with heavy equipment in Marble Hill station. After a r/t bus ride with 323 and 3075, coming back on the #1 train were fewer personnel on the tracks with 3 MN diesels in the station at Marble Hill with the garbage cars still in the same place. My hunch is the best they can do is have limited westbound (GCT bound) service for the AM rush because nothing will be able to go back east. |
