You have to be qualified on Physical qualifications and attend yearly MNCR rules classes, if you do not perform service on MNCR for one year your qualifications expire. all this info is in Computers and incase of accident verified.A person not qualified can be held financially and legally liable for any material loss, financial, loss of service, life or injuries. |
