I would happily carve that out of five sided waste fraud and abuse. As to the advantages of standardization... and why shouldn't there be equipment sharing/run through services? We all know the Central and the Pennsy each believed they were uniquely able to design perfection--that era is over. Preserving multiple third raildesigns is like keeping Beta and VHS. My tuppence |
