All right Dutch, as a 30 + year NYCT worker, I know the deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!I full know that MTA (in the context you are refering to them) never get their hands dirty. It's the agencies that do the actual work. I was just answering the question as it was presented. I am well aware who does it.......he may have been asking "who owns the tracks because there was a freight train running on them". |
