I realize no one likes to walk stairs and I wouldn't ask anyone to do that to cross a street. I was proposing long ramps not stairs which are much easier to negotiate.Why the MTA got rid of the ramp at Times Square on the BMT and replaced it with a stairway, I don't know. |
