I wasn't addressing driving in Manhattan with that comment, but your comment about taking away a privilege. And only about half the passengers have an unlimited.You weren't talking about Manhattan when you said "Yes, some commute to Mahattan by car when they shouldn't but others have little choice or don't want to be stuffed into crowded trains"? Many who commute everyday don't have one because they still don't use the system enough for it to be worthwhile for them. It is if you have to make a second transfer. |
