As for the other stuff, maintenance and upkeep are important, but once you start turning 6 lane highways into 8 (for distances longer than a few miles), obviously there is density somewhere and something else needs to be looked at.And the density certainly exists for my aforementioned additional lane to be dedicated to transit, or at the very least, an HOV lane. It's not. |
