Did the R38 have the same drumswitch set-up as the R32 ?Did the R40 (slant and mod) have the same drumswitch set-up as the R42 ? I suspect yes, as they mixed consists until their end. There was an anecdotal report here about 8 years ago of a 6+2 R38/R40 mixed consist on the "C". How would that have been possible ? |
