As I sad earlier, the cars are retired.In order to bring them back to life thy would need thousands of dollars of work + manpower. Plus like R44's 388-399 they would need structural upgrades since they would now be railroad cars rather than subway cars. It is not efficient or economical have a unique,odd fleet of 6 cars which would require a unique parts inventory both cosmetically and mechanically. |
