Prior to 1967, they didn't even point out what routes ran where, and the only distinctions showed (besides express and local stops) was which division a line was part of (IND red, BMT green, IRT black).With the exception of the 1964 World's Fair Map Edition all those maps had service guides on the reverse. While they were fare from perfect they did provide a general guide to the services that were running. Larry, RedbirdR33 |
