From what I've seen over the years, more times than not, minorities are always perceiving that persons of color are always being manhandled by the police no matter the crime. Don't forget resisting arrest by the suspect caused the alleged "manhandling". I hold people, in general, in a high state of disdain for their incitement of the circus-like behavior that took place on the video. |
