What you and others fail to realize is that there is a sentiment in the black community that the police are out to get minorities. The fact that they make up a disproportionate amount of the stops doesn't help to dispel that notion. I don't buy into it, but it's no different than your notion that the resistance of arrest is a trained behavior. |
