If it wasn't a 32 or a 42, it was a 27. I used to see them at Queensborough Plaza from the other side of the platform regularly. Just like the their stainless cousins, they have been all over the system - and I do mean all ( B division ). There is not a rail in the system that they did not touch. They weren't like th r10's who were - for the most part - too proud to run on the BMT. With that said, it was rather rare to see 27's anywhere on the IND; at least, during my time.R-32. |
